Landscaping Services
Provided by Greenscapes of SWFL
Services include lawn cutting and edging, lawn treatment, small tree/shrub care, bed care, and irrigation system maintenance. Owners and Residents can request a copy of the Landscape Maintenance Service Agreement through the owner portal or by contacting the property management company.
2023 Service Agreement
Landscaping and lawn services were contracted with Greenscapes starting in Jan 2023. The service agreement contains the agreed upon scope of service to be provided. It also features the estimated costs to the association for services provided. If you have questions regarding the agreement, please contact the property manager for more details.
Landscape Maintenance Schedule
The monthly landscaping consists of maintenance tasks such as mowing, fertilization, weeding, and irrigation testing & inspections.
Irrigation - Townhome property watering will run Wednesdays & Saturdays. Sprinklers / irrigation is run by zones. They will not all be on simultaneously.
Condos landscaping is with Personal Touch Landscaping co. and watering runs on Thursdays & Sundays.
