New Bylaws are Coming!

As many of you are already aware, we have started the process of revising our community bylaws. It's going to be a lengthy process, but it's a crucial step needed for the long-term success of the community. Our current governing documents were created by the developer. They contain the necessary provisions required by statute but don't contain much of anything else.

Our revisions address a broad range of topics and establish procedures for enforcing violations of community policy. This includes:

• Board Elections

• Resident & Guest Parking

• Committee Structure

• Resident Conduct

• Rental Standards

• Building Exterior Guidelines

This foregoing list is not all-inclusive. The documents to be revised include our Articles of Incorporation, Board Bylaws, and our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.

After we have a preliminary draft completed we expect to hold a community forum to discuss the documents and obtain feedback before final adoption. Stay tuned for more details.
