If you are looking to repaint or touch up the original paint used by the developer, you can use the following Sherwin Williams paint color codes.

Exterior Colors

Main Body: Creamery (SW6358)

Trim: Intricate Ivory (SW6350)

Accent and Front door: Chivalry Copper (SW6353)

Interior Colors

Body: Navajo White (SW6126)

Trim: Extra White (SW7006)

Is the default ceiling color also that Sherwin Williams Navajo white like the walls? It looks slightly lighter, but may be a trick of the eye do to the position.

I am new at Marbella and have one question re: paint. Is the homeowner or the association responsible for painting the buildings exterior, doors, trim, etc ?

I believe the association does the external / building paint.
